How to Build Muscle Without Weights

Most people mistakenly believe that you can’t build muscle with bodyweight exercises, but they’re wrong: you CAN build muscle, and lots of it. How? Just as you use progressively heavier weights in the gym each week, you need to apply the same principle to bodyweight training. By progressing to more challenging exercises (push-up > 1-arm push-up, for example) you can force your body to adapt, anywhere.

The Ultimate Muscle-Building Playground Workout

You might not always have access to a gym, but most of the time you’ll be able to get to a playground/park. These spaces have everything you need for an intense, full-body, muscle-building workout, including horizontal bars that you can use to train your back (which can be tricky using bodyweight alone).
