And he probably knows that it makes you smarter, reduces stress, improves your memory, reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s and Dementia, improves your focus, and most importantly, is enjoyable.
I created Travel Strong to help you become the best version of yourself, and I believe that reading is one of the most important things you can do for your health and happiness.
This reading list is a collection of great books I have read or am about to read. I put it here in the hope that it will inspire you to put your time spent travelling to good use.
