This is a one-on-one experience developed for you: the person who wants more attention, dedicated help, and proven plans that will work. Rather than offering generic diets and workouts, I want to focus on the individualistic nature of your goals and lifestyle.

It doesn’t matter where you are based, how much time you have to dedicate to exercise and nutrition, whether you want to lose weight or build muscle (or do both), or how old or young you are, I will create a plan that works for you. Instead of just handing you a sample diet to follow, I will educate you on how to make food choices, how to prepare the right foods and avoid preparing them the wrong way, and how to deal in those emergency situations where life gets in the way of your diet.

How It Works

After an extensive assessment, which will help both you and I ascertain exactly what your goals and needs are, you’ll be provided with a handmade training and nutritional program. Each month, this plan will be re-evaluated based on the previous month’s progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals, and the difficulty of exercises will be adjusted to ensure you keep progressing.

With constant E-mail support, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.

I keep a small client list to ensure that I can dedicate as much time as needed to your success. Like I said before; this isn’t a one-size-fits all approach; it’s an all-out effort from me to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. And that includes both exercise and diet. There is no limit to what I will give, which means there’s a limit to how many people I can work with.
